All right, welcome to another episode of Absolutely Not, another podcast, presented by Forever and More event planning. Use code Bride10 at checkout for the top tier wedding planning package. Yes. I like your Steelers shirt.
SPEAKER_02Thanks. Steeler, Steeler season. Steeler is a bit more.
SPEAKER_00We're still in the preseason, but I just watching football again on the TV is just a sensational feeling. I really we are filming this before the Steelers played their first preseason game and prior to their second one upcoming that we will be attending. So hopefully no injuries. Hopefully nothing bad has happened. But I'm very excited for the season. A lot of people are it it's a it's a very um biased fan base that we have. But uh whenever you just uh cheer for the team that you like, that's whenever it doesn't, you don't you don't have to be biased about a team that you root for.
SPEAKER_02I don't know.
SPEAKER_00You picking up what I'm putting down?
SPEAKER_02I am just like I like to go to the games for the tailgate and for the game, we have great season tickets. Yes. So that's a really cool experience.
SPEAKER_00We are not licensed owners of the season tickets, we get them from someone that is very gracious for that. We're gonna be on our third season, and that was one whenever we moved back home from Florida. Why did you move back? One of the reasons for me personally was I eventually would love to have season tickets to the Steelers games. Yeah, and that game was.
SPEAKER_02Oh no, the Steelers. I was like, we went to a Dolphins game, we went to a Jaguars game.
SPEAKER_00But we just never Steelers didn't play there whenever I was available. They were there one year, but I didn't go to it. But it was mainly because I I definitely had something going on with work.
SPEAKER_02I feel like a Steelers game is so fun, especially like when you're waving the terrible towel.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and yeah, the song comes on and it's like oh Renegade definitely is overstayed, it's welcome, I think. But it's a good experience. I my issue is I enjoy it. My issue about it is people go there just to film them being there for Renegade. Like I went and did a I did a video on for social media, like football seasons back, and I don't have any videos or photos from like during a Steelers football game. The only one I had was there's one game in particular that a guy took a shirt off and was waving it like a terrible towel, and I videoed him. And we sit next to the pom-pom lady. Yeah, we have a video from her. But going to a game, I'm going there to have fun like at a tailgate. Yeah, to watch the game and cheer on the team. I'm not there to get video and say that I was there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. I'm excited for the season. I think we're gonna win. I think Aaron Rodgers coming back's a good thing. I was indifferent about hiring a coach that we hired at first, but he's a Pittsburgh guy, so you gotta get behind him. We did a lot of transactions in the offseason, and I'm talking in another language to you right now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I'm like, I don't know what you're talking about, but go Stealers. I got my shirt on. So it's it's Stealer season, football season, it's wedding season. I feel like my wedding season aligns with uh football because it's like mainly late summer through the fall, it's like my busier, busiest time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like for the home opener, you are taking on a wedding at Seven Springs the night before. So and I said, I I will work it, but we're not staying because I gotta get back that morning. I gotta be home that next morning to go tailgate at our exclusive tailgating location. That's too good. It's a good time. There's always good food. You can't show up empty-handed, but you're gonna eat good food, you're gonna have good pre-game drinks. Yeah, it's fun, and then have the time of your life. Shout out to Roberta Page.
SPEAKER_02Shout out Roberta. All right, should we dive into this really long story?
SPEAKER_00Yes, let's go.
SPEAKER_02We have a long segment, a long story, and we're diving right into it. This is my second story submission, and I'm terribly sorry for the length. I'm a sucker for the detail. This happened to me 15 years ago while I was the female best friend of the groom on his wedding day. It's a unique story that I think can be good for your channel, um, which I love as you've prepared me beyond words for when any of my five kids get married. The background. My best friend, let's call him David, and I met when we were freshmen in high school. I'd moved to the area into a temporary home to escape a very terrible situation. I didn't know a single person, and I was in complete culture shock, and making friends was very difficult as my eclectic personality and humorous defense mechanisms didn't fit with more upscale suburban kids. David thought I was funny, he also had a clever sense of humor, and there was never any hint of anything beyond true platonic friendship. He was there for me throughout high school when I was sick, when I miraculously got pregnant at the end of our senior year, when I stupidly got married, when I left college to keep the baby, when I had the second baby, when I finally left the bad guy, and no matter how far apart we lived or how long the gap we took take talking, or how much of a hot mess I was, he was always my best friend and always there for me. David seems like a good guy. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like a a different sex friendship.
SPEAKER_02I think they can exist.
SPEAKER_00They can exist. There's times where one might actually have feelings and not vocalizing that. I feel like in this situation. In this situation, it is.
SPEAKER_02I when I read through it, I kind of got the vibes that she maybe wasn't interested, but he probably was. Maybe never made a move.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. But just felt like maybe he got friend zoned early and he knew that he had no way in.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I think I mean, like I said, I think it's fine to have a different sex friendship, but you also have to like watch what you're doing with that person. Yeah. What if you start going on dates at like fancy restaurants or like hey, we're going to a fancy restaurant, watching a movie, we're going to concerts together, just the two of you may be a red flag.
SPEAKER_02But if it's very like catching up, grow up together, like know each other.
SPEAKER_00Just hanging out, that's fine.
SPEAKER_02Okay. While David was in college, he met the perfect girl for him. We'll call her Melissa. They loved all the same sports and activities. Their personalities were perfect for one one another. The engagement and the wedding planning. They got engaged, which I totally saw coming. I'd met Melissa's parents once, maybe. They seemed very normal. Fast forward, David joined the military. He was about to head to training. This sped up their wedding timeline. Their wedding was slated for late spring, so to everyone's surprise, the wedding was going to happen in Melissa's hometown. It's a very small podunk town in the middle of nowhere, a few hours away from the major city where 80% of the guests live. I'd met my actual soulmate when I was on baby number four. David asked about my two oldest daughters, they're five and six, to be their flower girls for their wedding. And they asked me to sing their first dance song because I am a trained singer. Around this time is when I realized that the mother of the bride, we'll call her Karen, did not like me. Her passive aggressive behavior and subtle jabs seemed to go right over David and Melissa's heads, but not mine. Now you should know that in this small town there was one large, gorgeous bed and breakfast in one motel. Because of my daughter's roles being the flower girls in the wedding, we would not be able to drive in the same day as the event. We had to be there the day prior and early the day of. When I asked David about where to stay, I learned that the mother of the bride, who lived in a nice home in this town, had already booked the entire bed and breakfast for the wedding party and for herself and her family. Again, the only people who didn't need accommodations because they lived in the town. The wedding was happening. And my daughters and I did not make the list, so there was no rooms available for us. So I rushed to book the only available motel room that accommodated our family size. Believe me when I tell you, the place that we booked was horrible, run-down, crappy single-window unit, and the interior decorating screamed last resort equals the only resort. That does kind of suck when you have to drag your kids to something and like you don't have proper accommodations or things for them to do because like they don't want to be there, anyways. They don't want to be at the wedding. The wedding ceremony. We arrived to town, and I find that the actual wedding was in a giant covered amphitheater pavilion, and the weather was very hot. It was a hundred degrees, compounded with Midwest humidity. And although there were gigantic box fans, they basically just spread the hot air around and nothing was helping, helping. I was there with my four children and my now husband just pouring sweat while the girls rehearsed their walk. And the mother of the bride was totally dismissive of them. While other people that were present said, Great job. You guys are such big girls. You're doing so so good at being the flower girls. Karen ignored them and me in a strangely obvious way. She only acknowledged me when I was laughing or talking with David, and she stomped over and said, He's needed somewhere else, and I wasn't, and to just stay in my seat. Rude as hell. I was in no way trying to steal anyone's attention. It seemed like we were wrapped, we had wrapped rehearsing, and I was catching up with my best friend. That's it. I wasn't trying to pull David away from other things he needed to be doing. It just then occurred to me that this woman sees me as a threat. I'd been too busy, I guess, having a crap load of kids and being happy with my husband to notice that she was jealous of me or something. It's like the partner's not feeling threatened, but the mother of the partner is feeling threatened, which is weird.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. She might have a sixth sense that maybe David had something, like you said, might be spoiling it. And more worried concerned about him than the friend.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Go back when it comes to the uh weather. I'm a sweater, so I was just thinking of what I would be. I I walk outside and it's 90 degrees and I'm completely drenched.
SPEAKER_02I'm like preparing for when we go to Florida this weekend just to be like, I'm gonna be sweating the whole time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. And I just feel gross and nasty. It's just all up in there.
SPEAKER_02Wedding time arrives. My girls walk down, the processional happens with everyone dripping in pools of their sweat because again, it's a hundred degrees out. And we're all just praying that the ceremony goes quickly. But then the pastor starts explaining that he and Melissa had been such close friends since they were young. They were in the same youth group. They spent all of their time together. She was his dream girl, etc. I'm not kidding here. The guy just kept talking about how amazing and beautiful Melissa was and staring at her longingly. It was beyond obvious this guy was in love with Melissa. You could see multiple guests all really uncomfortably looking around at each other, and me whispering to my husband, would it be appropriate for me to object to this part instead of the marriage? His sermon while performing the marriage of David Melissa was extremely long for a 100-degree day in a hot box of a pavilion, and it was extremely inappropriate to be talking about Melissa the whole time. Nothing about David. I looked over at Karen, the mother of the bride, and she was completely oblivious, smiling and laughing and agreeing with him. Super, super weird. I just kept thinking, why does her mom see me as a threat, but doesn't see this guy, the pastor, as a threat? What the F.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's creepy, creepy. It's almost like they have the similar situation going on with like maybe Yeah, the pastor has a relationship with the bride and the groom has a relationship with this.
SPEAKER_02Yes. But like neither of the people getting married, I think, like, are thinking that. Like they're there to get married. But yeah, in the mother of the bride's mind, she's like, oh, this pastor's so nice, but that girl over there is gonna steal. Yeah. Steal David away. I don't know. Post wedding. After the wedding, took they took photos. David and Melissa, of course, had my girls in the photos, despite Karen doing her best to minimize their inclusion and asking them to step out. There was then a three-hour gap between the ceremony and the reception. This was absolutely insane to me since the majority of the guests had driven in from the city that day and there was nowhere to go and nothing to do for the in-between time. There was no cocktail hour, and they'd had lunch before the wedding, which was in the early afternoon. So basically, everyone just sat in their cars in the air conditioning as there was simply nothing to do in this small town and no hotel to go to. Once my girls were no longer needed for photos, we just went back to the hotel to change out of the sweaty clothes and then headed to the reception hall. I'd gotten permission from David and Melissa to go early, meet the DJ, and practice singing the first dance. I forgot she was singing the first dance. When we arrived at the reception hall, we saw a dance floor on one end of the room, the buffet buffet area on the other end, a head table against the left wall, and multiple rows of long tables with benches perpendicular to the head table. Each had long tablecloths on them and some sort of table tent card. Each card had some kind of icon and a personal reference for the couple. Since there was no key or legend or place cards or anything, I just sat my husband with the baby and the kids at the very end of some random table, far away from the head table. And I figured I would ask how we knew where to sit later when someone else had arrived. So they arrive in the room, there's no seating chart, they're just sitting down at a random spot, far away from the head table. It was just us and the DJ there at this time. He'd been expecting me, and there was at least an hour before anyone else would start showing up. I rehearsed the song multiple times with him so he would ensure the music levels and my voice levels were good to go so they could have a beautiful first dance. The DJ was a nice guy. I learned he was from the small town as well, and he asked how the wedding was, and I said, Well, it was hot and the sermon was a bit odd. And he smiled and said that he knew it would be with who was performing the marriage. Oh, so everyone knows about the pastor's weird obsession with the bride, but we're all just cool with it, I guess. So the DJ also was aware. Anyway, I finished rehearsing. We both felt very good about it, and I sat down where my family was as the baby was fussing and he was hungry. I was switching between my boob and the bottle and thought the timing was perfect. I could breastfeed the baby really quickly, and then long before anyone arrived, he'd be conked out in a milk coma with a belly full of milk during the speeches and not waking up and making any noise. But earlier than expected, in walks Karen, the mother of the bride, with a crew of women I hadn't met yet. My back was to her at one of the long picnic tables where we had set our stuff down, and I had the feeding cloth draped over me, and the kids were sitting very quietly watching a movie on their iPad. I didn't even hear the door to the venue open, but she stomped over, grabbed me from behind the shoulder, causing my son to detach under the blanket, and then in a less than peaceful way yelled at me in her Karen voice, Excuse me, this table is for my family, not for your not for your family. You need to move. We were literally the only people there. I was midfeed, and now the baby started crying. I responded in a very assertive and loud voice. How are we supposed to know that? We were just sitting here to feed the baby. What is wrong with you? My husband gently grabbed my arm to calm me down. If I hadn't been holding the baby, we would have probably been throwing hands. He asked her where our table was, because he's nice and never gets worked up about anything. And she pointed the stubby fingers at the table at the end, furthest away from where we were standing. So this woman doesn't like me. She really doesn't like me now that I yelled back at her, and it got worse. During the speeches, the best man, the groom's brother, whom I'd known since he was a small child, gave a speech and unfortunately mentioned that I wasn't the main girl in David's life anymore during the speech. You could see Karen visibly turning purple during his speech. We were all eating, the baby was asleep despite all the noise, and I saw Karen go to talk to the DJ. She pointed not so subtly at me and then sat back down. I'm a really aware person. I noticed everything going on, and I saw this happen. Like sensory overload all the time because I'm taking everything in. I saw it happened and then didn't look again. But I chose to ignore it. When it was time for the first dance, the DJ called up the groom's best friend to sing. And despite so much practice, he turned the background music up twice as loud before, and my mic seemed far less audible, and it was in a different freaking key. I couldn't just stop because the music was playing and the mic was on. I couldn't hear myself. Plus, David and Melissa had already started their rehearsed dance. It was choreographed. So the mother is sabotaging. I could see that. I don't know much about singing, so I'm like, I don't know, like whoop she's talking about.
SPEAKER_00I mean, if they already rehearsed it, you know how you're singing in a certain pitch key.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00And now it's changed. Yeah, it's not good.
SPEAKER_02I got through it regardless, shifting my key within seconds, and I belted the words that were so meaningful to the couple so they could be heard at least a little bit. But I could tell folks were disappointed. I suspect this is what Karen was talking to the DJ about. We stayed a bit longer. My husband had a couple of drinks and danced with our daughters because he's silly, and then we said goodbye to David and Melissa. While my husband was getting the kids in the car, I tapped the DJ and asked, What the hell happened? He said, She's the one paying me. Sorry, I gotta do what that woman says. It was pretty heartbreaking to know that this horrible woman was willing to ruin her daughter's first dance song simply because she hated me. My husband didn't even have to say a word. He already knew I was holding back tears from the entire exhausting day that we put ourselves and our kids through. When we got to the hotel, he immediately started packing and told the kids to grab all of their items. He announced, we're checking out early, and everyone started cheering. The end. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Let me know if you have any questions. Again, love your channel. That was a lot. Yeah. A mother-in-law that hates you because you're friends with like some the boy getting married. I think that's like crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Especially with the other, with the pastor having history with the bride, with her daughter. I don't know. I don't know how to answer it nicely.
SPEAKER_02I could see like suspicion being there, like we were saying. Sometimes like same-sex couples or like friendships, you're like, is something going on? Like anyone would naturally think that. But it seemed that this woman that submitted the story is like happily married. She has four or five kids.
SPEAKER_00Like if she was there by herself, I can be like, yeah, maybe.
SPEAKER_02But she's there with her husband and kids.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I think at one point David probably was hoping to fill the shoes of like being her husband, and that didn't work out for him. Yeah, maybe. I also think because she shared in the beginning that she was from a troublesome area and like a troublesome situation, and she wasn't like comfortable in this upscale suburban town. That maybe like the mother was like, Oh, she's she's different. Yeah. Like his mother, maybe like was like, you can't be with her, or was mad that he liked her at one point. I know it said that didn't happen, but sorry to the story submitter. I think he probably had feelings for me for you at one point.
SPEAKER_00Maybe if the best man said like the brother said something along the lines like she's not there, there had to have been conversations amongst the family of saying You like her. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02At one point in your life, like you moved on.
SPEAKER_00Right. Cut this if you want, but there was you had a close friend in college that I was friends with. But yeah. I was like, I let it be.
SPEAKER_02Sometimes I got to a point of Sometimes I would see it later and be like, oh, yeah, that person did like me.
SPEAKER_00I said it to you. But I was like, oh. We talked about it like what it was at the last or a wedding earlier this year with your parents, like asks about like, oh, have you guys talked to him in a while?
SPEAKER_02And then we said we were like, oh, well, once we got together, he was like not really wanting to be my friend anymore. And then I'm like, oh.
SPEAKER_00I think it's because he had a crush on you, and you're like, yeah, I thought the same thing as a time passed. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like in the moment of it though, I was like, oh, I really thought he might like men. I don't know how else better to say that.
SPEAKER_00Maybe, maybe. Yeah. But nonetheless, I got I got the grab.
SPEAKER_02Like, I feel like I'm I get the situation, but I also feel like that mother-in-law was just like taking it too far.
SPEAKER_00I don't, yeah, you never had to worry about that with me. My closest friend that's not a male is my cousin.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So and she's the best. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I'm also friends with her.
SPEAKER_00I don't know. Like I didn't have, I did have female friends, not saying I never did.
SPEAKER_02But even any of your friends that I have met that were female, I'm like, I don't feel like threatened by them. I'm like, oh, they were really nice.
SPEAKER_00I like them. There'll be times two. I'd be like friends with somebody, and then it came to pass a few months later, and they would confess that they had feelings for me. I'm like, oh. Not I'm not interested that way.
SPEAKER_02You weren't interested. I also feel like when you're in the arts, like both of us were, you do have friendships with the opposite sex.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because like I don't know.
SPEAKER_00People in the arts are like a little bit more. Like it's not a you're not in like the same locker room, but you're doing the same thing. You spend a lot of time together. You go to different you have fun with each other outside of rehearsals and that kind of stuff. That you might grow feelings with somebody.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Happens.
SPEAKER_02I just meant like you I just meant you might have like more opposite sex friendships.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you do, but I'm saying like what can come about is sometimes it can overall grows into that. And I was like, well, I I led you down a path that I didn't think that I thought you were one of the guys. Yeah. Didn't think it was gonna go into feelings for me. That happens. I probably had the same thing though, and just never worked out for some of them.
SPEAKER_02I feel that in this story, I'm happy that those two people got married. I'm happy the girl found somebody. I mean, like having that many kids, that where would she be having the time to cheat? Like that's another thing I want to say to the mother in law. Like, yeah, she has five kids and she's happily married.
SPEAKER_00She should have vocalized. Did you not listen to the pastor of the ceremony? Yeah.
SPEAKER_02He has the hots for your daughter.
SPEAKER_00I think that's more of a concern than this girl. She has kids. Maybe the guy does have kids too, but the pastor got to share his feelings for the bride. Yeah. In front of everybody. I don't know. That was something. Yeah. That story. All right. This is a wedding edition five-second rule. The segment is presented by Jagoff Clothing. Use code Garrett at checkout to save 15% off your final order. G-A-R-R-E-T-T. Again, that's Jagoff Clothing for any Jagoffs out there. Again, five-second rule. Wedding edition. In five seconds or less, give three things, just like the game. Okay.
SPEAKER_02Fast. Okay.
SPEAKER_00First one name three things a bridesmaid should not complain about.
SPEAKER_02What time they have to wake up, where they're sitting at the head table, and what shoes they have to wear. That was hard.
SPEAKER_00Name three things that you don't want to hear from your photographer.
SPEAKER_02I'm stuck in traffic. I lost the camera. I have to replace the battery. I'm stressed out like this.
SPEAKER_00Name three things that grandma should not do at the reception.
SPEAKER_02Partake in the open bar, walk down the aisle by yourself. Bring a date.
SPEAKER_00Oh. Name three things guests complain about at a wedding.
SPEAKER_02Waiting in lines, the food, bad music.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Those are probably the most, those are some of the most common.
SPEAKER_00Waiting in line is not like when it comes to waiting in line, you're cocktail hour, you're waiting in line, and right after speeches are done and the bar opens back up, those are the only time I feel like there's lines to get anything. When you're going to get if it's a buffet, you're waiting for your table to get called.
SPEAKER_02But but some people like if they're waiting in the bar line, they're like really complaining about it. It's probably the loudest thing I hear people complain about.
SPEAKER_00And bad music. If I'm hearing bad music in I'm not gonna want to be on the dance floor as much. Exactly. Gotta play good hits. And if they're not necessarily dancing songs, they gotta be songs that are just songs that I can be out there and sing. Yeah. Belt out songs. Belt out songs.
SPEAKER_02I don't know if that's what you would call it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Name three people you don't want to be sitting next to at a ceremony.
SPEAKER_02The kid on the iPad, uh yapper about politics. The aunt who keeps pulling out her iPad to take pictures.
SPEAKER_00It's like name uh this isn't on it, but name three people you don't want to be sitting at at your table.
SPEAKER_02Oh. An ex if like you're there as a single person, somebody who's like overly intoxicated, yapping about something dumb. And I don't know, I don't know what my third one would be. What would you do that for like three people you don't want to sit at a table with?
SPEAKER_00It would just be someone that I might like someone that you don't like in general.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like you're they are friends with the couple as well, and maybe you know them from college, they know them from college.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you're at the friends' table.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, you're at the friend's table, and you never talked to this person there uh in college before because you had something that transpired and then you have to act friendly for a little bit.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, for that like hour you're talking about like anything to pass the time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Name three things a guest shouldn't take home from a wedding.
SPEAKER_02Um, centerpiece, if they say don't take the centerpieces. Anything that's rented that's on the table, so napkin silverware, do not take it. And food in a tupware container. Don't unless you have a cookie table.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And they're giving you to-go boxes, you should not be trying to take your food on it.
SPEAKER_00Don't use it as food. No. Um last one, name three things that you should never say to the bride on her wedding morning.
SPEAKER_02You look stressed. We're running behind. We can't find the rings.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yikes.
SPEAKER_02All three bads.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. But like when it comes a groom, I don't know if there's any. It would be we can't find the bride would probably be the thing. Yeah. Oh no. What do you mean?
SPEAKER_02I feel like uh the getting ready rooms. Now I'm pretty lucky that most of my couples are pretty relaxed and we have things planned out. But there are times where it is like a lot of tension in the room. Like maybe they're not happy with their hair and makeup, or somebody's running behind. Like the worst thing is we're running behind. And sometimes, like as a professional, I have to say, like, hey, we're behind schedule by 10 minutes, by 15 minutes. Like, we're gonna shift this or we're changing this.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Anything like that, I try not to have to communicate stuff like that if we don't have to, but like sometimes you have to be like, hey guys, we need to chip, chop, chip. I've never had a couple not show up. Yeah, I can't believe on the podcast you asked, like, what's the craziest thing that's ever happened in a wedding? I said a story that to me was crazy in the moment, but then I thought about it and I was like, definitely when the priest didn't show up.
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like, I don't know why that story slipped my mind, but that was the craziest thing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. When it came to being a like as the groom, and whenever I am a groomsman, best man, when it comes to any sort of timeline for the guys, the day of a wedding, the only thing that we is what time we need to be at a specific location and where that's the plan. Because everything else, not saying it takes doesn't take us long to get ready, putting on the suit, getting all of that stuff, it doesn't take too long. So it's just we need to be here at this time. Just make sure that you do that. Yeah, I feel like the stress level goes down for us.
SPEAKER_02I was gonna say you guys show up. You guys have to be in a place at a certain time, be dressed by a certain time. Those are like the two and keep the groom.
SPEAKER_00Like I am very adamant. I don't know if it's ever happened for you, but if you are the groom, even when it comes to groom's men, yes, you can uh raise a glass and do that kind of stuff, but do not have the groom showing up plastered, plastered already. Like if you need a couple to calm the nerves, fine, but you don't need to be drinking and indulging all morning and afternoon before the ceremony.
SPEAKER_02I got a little tipsy before ours because there were so many people coming in and it was like delaying the start of our ceremony, and we had a bunch of wine down there, and then I started to get like nervous because we weren't like not starting on time. Yeah. And I remember like probably drinking like two glasses of wine in like a shorter amount of time, and I'm like, I shouldn't have.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, we didn't have much, like we passed around a bottle of like a something, something, and I might have had like a drink or two, but that was about it. And then we left the hotel, we're walking to go get pictures in front of the chapel, and we're there at the chapel, and realized that one of the groomsmen was back at the hotel. Like, all right, Ryan, you're up next for photos. Where is he? Ryan's not left behind. So funny. He went back up to the room to grab something, I guess, and then he came down and he was waiting for you guys when you guys left. Yeah, we were gone, and we were down in the lobby of the hotel for a minute. So it's not like we were like for like 10-15 minutes. So whatever he had to grab, he probably had to take a dump now, thinking of it, or like something at the time. He came downstairs and we were there, and he just was sitting in the lobby, and then we called him like, you gotta be down at the chapel, and we just see him running. That's money. That's good. Hilarious. Okay.

SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00What is something you hope to accomplish by the end of the year?
SPEAKER_02Oh, personally, I would say lose 10 pounds. That would be like a personal goal. Professionally, I would love to get a sense of doing two or three in-person events next year. Like to get an idea of like what that looks like. When would we do it? Where would we do it? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I feel like both for me would be like in a similar mindset. Like I want to, I always say it, I want to get back in the best shape of my life, like I did in summer of 2012. It's 14 years later, but I'm gonna do it. And then yeah, like hosting more events, doing more events that are team building oriented. Yeah. Try like the scavenger hunt things are cool. Do do those, but we got something else up our sleeve. Yeah, maybe coming out with yeah, that's actually that could be if I don't want to do literally like same, same answer. It would be to have that team building in a box. Don't know the name of what it's gonna be yet, become a thing, an office need for people that don't want to hire a team building company to come in and do a team building event. I give you the tools for you to host it.
SPEAKER_02I think it's a great idea.
SPEAKER_00So stay tuned. What is one purchase that the other person has made that you still don't understand?
SPEAKER_02Hmm. I'm like, what if you purchase that? I'm like, why would you spend money on that? I know one. Um, you purchased a safety tool for the back door. Like after we watched the Idaho murders, like when it was actually happening, yeah. You purchased that because we have a sliding back door, but our door has it already built in.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And I was like, why?
SPEAKER_00Well, the guy there was a guy that was on TikTok that was saying sliding glass doors are one of the most like broken into doors because they're easy to like fixate, but this solves the problem for it. He was made, he was doing a TikTok ad for me because I was really into it. I bought it, and then you're like, this button, you just push just down, and that does the same thing. Well, now I'm doubling it. I'm doubling down. Yeah, I've done that.
SPEAKER_02I feel like I make a lot of purchases that you're like, why would you buy this?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I don't know where. Like, I can't think of I could think of a couple. A specific one in general. There's sometimes go on, you like are gonna give your answer away. I don't know what I don't know what yet.
SPEAKER_02No, one of the things that I bought that I feel like you know why I bought it, but if you could go back in time, you would say don't buy it, is the bounce house for the kids, the giant bounce house.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. That thing was ripped to shreds all the time. I'm very like I like to have an upkept backyard when it comes to the grass and how it looks. And if you put water in the water bounce house, it just made a complete box. And we our our house has a filled-in pool. There was a pool before. And if you did, if we had that in-ground pool still, our yard is compromised. It takes up the entire backyard if it was still there. So I'm kind of grateful it does it. But once it hits a certain time in the year, you can see the outline of where it got filled in, and you did another a box within that box for the bounce house.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, this year you had to like redo the back.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like fill in all the dead grass, and it was, and now we have a playground above it, so that's completely fine for it being like what it's gonna look bad whenever that playground's gone, but that's a years down the road issue, and it could be for other homeowners. There's just times I'm like, let's hold off on Amazon purchases.
SPEAKER_02I am like a I'm not a stress buyer, but like I enjoy shopping, it's like a little bit of therapy for me.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And sometimes I buy things because I'll be like, oh, the kids will love this, but it's really just junk. And I'm like, why am I buying this?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like there's just some all of a sudden I see three Amazon boxes coming in one day. Like, what is this for?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's happening all week because I've had ordered a round of things for Disney.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. We yeah, I would yeah, I would just say in general, your abundance of Amazon. Amazon, Amazon, Amazon shopping. Like that problem. All right, these are wedding related.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00I asked, I asked a venue for pricing, and when I mentioned I needed pricing for a wedding, the price increased by 3k. Should I say it's not a wedding?
SPEAKER_02I do not advise that. Like a lot of people were like, oh, there's a wedding tax, they make it more expensive, this and that. And that's because weddings require more attention than like a standard event, usually. Like if you rent a hall for like a graduation party, let's say, versus a wedding. A graduation party is gonna come in, they're gonna put their decor, people are gonna come in and then leave. A wedding, you need to get in early. You have to manage vendors that are coming in out. Sometimes you need a bridal suite. You want to be on site at 8 a.m. You come to the venue multiple times for planning appointments. Like if you lie about what type of event you're having, and then all of a sudden you want all these extra things, you'll see why the cost is more. And then with any type of vendor, if you lie about the type of event in the contract and they find out it's a wedding, they could literally walk away from your event and not work it. So I'm always like, don't do that. Yeah, don't lie. Same thing, like people would be like, Oh, I told my photographer they're photographing a family gathering, but it's actually a wedding. The equipment that someone brings to photograph a wedding is so different.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And your timeline has to be like very well thought out logistically. So do not do that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Do not do that to yourself.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I do see those types of comments all the time when it is about a wedding. I've seen that it happen like this being a very um not touchy at all. It's it's a hot topic. It's yeah, like hot topic of people that aren't in the wedding industry think this way of should I just say it's not a wedding? But people that actually see through it from a vendor or from a like venue or whatever the thing is, there is a reason for the price being the prices the way it is.
SPEAKER_02The amount you plan and like support in a wedding is so different than just like a birthday party. Yeah. And it's not that you don't do as good of a job, it's just different.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Like I see it as a big conference or convention. I've been on that side of things to see how the pricing works for that. Where if you go to a you're going to a resort that has a conference center, and the price point of sometimes even what you're gonna have for breakfast is a huge difference of do you want to just have pastries and coffee? Like a a conference that I have been a part of, we would just like certain locations, we just could not do eggs, bacon, potatoes, because then it compromised the the uh gala that happens later. So let's just have it as you know, just grab and go pastries. You can expend a lot of these people are coming in and have uh money from their resort or wherever they're coming from to expense it anyway. So it's just realizing like a cup, a batch of coffee for a conference is a lot of money. Yeah. So and people need their coffee, but you're gonna have to pay for it, pay for it. And AV at a place is very expensive. And having someone from the outside come in to do it doesn't know the space. That's an that's more of a non non-wedding related that I see is people get very uptight about having to pay a lot of money for the AV that's in-house. They have the equipment there, most of the time they're professional with it. Yeah, and you shouldn't run into problems. When you try to bring someone else in and they don't know the space, that's where you run into problems.
SPEAKER_02Agreed. That is a good take.
SPEAKER_00How do I handle B list and C list invites?
SPEAKER_02I've had a lot of people asking me this recently, but I always say if you have an A list, a B list, C list, you only save your save, you only send the save the dates to the A list. And then you want to send your invitations a little bit earlier. I usually say send your invitations at three and a half to three months out. You want to send your invitations at four months out. And you want to make your RSVP deadline for your A list eight weeks out, which seems like kind of crazy. Like, oh, two months out, I need all the RSVPs in. That's so you have ample time to then send out the B list and send out the C list as the no's are coming in. Another thing to think about is like if on your B list you have a group of friends, like let's say there's 10 people in this group of friends, and you're like, okay, I want to make sure that they're all getting invited or they're not getting invited. Don't send them. Like, don't send them one at a time. Wait until you have 10 open spots and then send that group of friends. Because what if three people get it and then there's two other people in the group that actually there's not spots, so you can't give them an invitation.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02You want to make sure that the B list and the C-list people, when they receive their invitation, don't feel like last-minute invitations.
SPEAKER_00Feel like B list and C-list. That's what I would feel like.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. They shouldn't feel that way. And a lot of people are like, that's so tacky that you have an A list, a B list, C list. Sometimes people really are facing like venue capacity.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like they can only fit 125 people in their venue, but they know 200 people that they want to celebrate with. But maybe it by obligation, they have to invite family first. Yeah. And then once the spots open up, they can do your second list.
SPEAKER_00One like shtick. I I think that the shtick when it comes to like obligated to invite family. My I'm not saying that like I would have said no to certain people that like my parents said you have to make sure that they come or your parents. They are paying a portion of it. So if they want certain people there, they do. But like I don't really have a relationship with my mom and them. Like I have a relationship with her their friends, but not the way that they think it through. Like I've met these people once or twice. Why are they coming?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00Relatives that are like they so it felt like they took a priority of their friends over even extended family that I have a closer relationship with, not even friends related.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That were coming from out of town, but we were all coming from out of town.
SPEAKER_02I feel like we got um very lucky that we had a large venue and had 300 people there. So we didn't have that issue as much. But still, in general, you do have to think about it because the more people on the list means you're spending more money.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And our parents were both very generous in helping foot that bill. Thank goodness. Because we couldn't have paid for it.
SPEAKER_00And we I feel like we invited the friends that we felt necessary to invite. Like I had some friends I invited from high school because we did get married young, but I didn't necessarily have a relationship with you, but I had a relationship with them for what uh 10 plus years. Yeah. And then just because I was away from the state, I was living in Florida away from everybody, lost that connection as much, as much as I do. And then there were people that we met in Florida that even like after the fact that we knew we were getting married, and it's like, oh, we should invite them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, there's a bunch of people that we became friends with as a couple, but our wedding was happening like two months after we moved there, and it was like, well, we can't add you to the guest list at this point.
SPEAKER_00And well, even like Amelia Island, we had some friends we invited. There was one friend we gave a save the date to, and we did not send an aforal invite because he is no longer a friend. Yeah, he he did some things to other friends that were not appropriate cross the line.
SPEAKER_02Way cross the line.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, when you sexually do something to another person, you cross the line. Correct. That uh they do not want. He had to be out, and he had to be out, and I think it goes that way for anyone that does that kind of thing. Correct.
unknownCorrect.
SPEAKER_00Good questions, good answers. B list and C list. All right, this is VIP table. These are best appetizers that you can have. Okay.
SPEAKER_02Are you ready?
SPEAKER_00Ready.
SPEAKER_02Pick number one. This is at a Mexican restaurant. No. It comes to the table, and you get a big thing of cheese dip and then tableside guacamole. That's two picks. Well, it's the it's one. When I go to a restaurant, it's like I'm getting that appetizer if I'm at a Mexican pick.
SPEAKER_00Quezon chips and guac.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_00That is two picks. But I allow it. But those are but those are two separate things on my list. Are they right? Quezon chips and house made guac.
SPEAKER_02Okay, well, sorry, two birches, one stone. I mean, I could lose a pick if you want at the end.
SPEAKER_00That'll change that changes to there. No, no, that doesn't. But I I have something on my list that I will take. That's not gonna be my first pick.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_00But it's it it same, same but different. Okay.
SPEAKER_02That's where my mind was. I love a cheese dip and I love a guacamole.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Okay. Dang it. Sorry. You could have gone first. I know, but I wasn't, I probably wouldn't have picked those first. All right. My first pick, it is a Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese and honey mustard. Yes. I'm not talking the sticks. I'm not talking logs. I want a big giant pretzel. And then I want the beer cheese and the honey mustard in between the top part of the pretzel.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Dip.
SPEAKER_02Or the pretzel comes hanging on that hook.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_02Yes. My stomach's growling right now because I'm hungry thinking.
SPEAKER_00It what if I go to a restaurant, I see that and I'm gonna have a meal, especially if I'm there to watch a sporting event. Bar setting a pretzel is top tier. Yes. I have to agree there. Alright, and then my second pick is solely whenever I'm getting any type of um Asian food. It's always on the order. Crab Rangoon.
SPEAKER_02It was on my list. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Crab Rangoon's. We just got uh the there's a place up at Slippery Rock, Elephant 8. It's also, I think, in Grove City or maybe Newcastle. But it elephant eight's pad tie. Their chicken pad tie. Sensational. Their lunch special, you can get a chicken pad tie for ten dollars, but we got crab rangoon with it this week. Like if I get a general so's chicken, crab rangoon's always is the appetizer of choice. So good. What's your drink of choice? Crab rangoon.
SPEAKER_02Crab rangoon is delish. Um, okay, my next one would be at a nice Italian restaurant. Calamari.
SPEAKER_00Yep, on the list.
SPEAKER_02Calamari. At Rico's, we had calamari. It was so good. Very good. We didn't order the special Rico's, which maybe next time I'll go back and give it a shot. But I love calamari. So delicious. And when it's not like super bready, like it's like it has to be the lighter bread. Sometimes when it's like, I don't know, you can get calamari and it's not as good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. There a lot of these, if you get it, you can know if that thing was not really prepared well. Correct. Like it wasn't just made back there, or if it was, it was just in a freezer and it was heated up and then it's brought to your table. Yes. That isn't as good. Right. Like across any of these, actually. Correct.
SPEAKER_02You could tell, like if it's a freezer bag.
SPEAKER_00Some of them a little bit.
SPEAKER_02No, but um, and then my next pick is just a plate of loaded fries with nacho cheese, bacon bits, sour cream, like a loaded fry, whatever, whatever the restaurant's choice is, a loaded fry. I love it. That's like a crowd pleaser. Who doesn't love a fry?
SPEAKER_00It doesn't matter what kind of fry it is.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00You can be steak fry, crinkle, waffle, any of the fries.
SPEAKER_02And if you're not like a toppings person, you can always find some fries that like don't have any of the stuff on them if you're not like it.
SPEAKER_00Like just get standard cheese fries if you want.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, that would be my next big fry.
SPEAKER_00That's that was on the list as well. My next one is zucchini planks with marinara sauce and ranch.
SPEAKER_02That was gonna be my fourth bit.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. There are times that it is undercooked, under fried.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And it's a little bit like flimsy. If you if I can pick it up and it doesn't move at all, that's the kind of zucchini plank that I want. Yeah. I want a nice crunchy first bite and all the way through. I don't want anything to kind of feel like it just got reheated. Like one zucchini planks leftovers, never is good. No. Zucchini planks at the table. Yeah. Yeah. But I don't know. I feel sometimes that's like a staple around here is zucchini planks. I don't know. Is that a thing everywhere?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I think so. I'm not, I didn't, I grew up with zucchini planks.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. The some places do have zucchini fries, also very good. But zucchini planks I prefer if they're done right.
SPEAKER_02I feel like zucchini fries when you get them, there's not enough zucchini in them. Yeah. It's sometimes like too much breading.
SPEAKER_00It feels very hollow in some of the bites. All right, my last pick. I can go all kinds of different directions with this.
SPEAKER_02I know. I'm waiting to see what you pick because I think it's gonna impact my choice because so far everything you've had on your list is on my list at some point.
SPEAKER_00All right, the last pick for an appetizer. I know this this could you pick two picks, but this could be like a multitude of options. I don't want to specify what food it is, but it's the appetizer that you can get as a meal.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00So if it's something on the appetizer menu, but it's filling enough and has enough protein in it. Or if it's I think of it as there's sliders on a meal.
SPEAKER_02There is I just got those cheeseburger wonton.
SPEAKER_00A lot of the times wings can be as appetizers. Um the appetizer sampler at sheets, that can be a meal. There's a lot of picks within that appetizer sampler from sheets. That I but the appetizer that can be a meal. And then also that like if I get it as a meal and it's not a wings might be a subset from this, but if you get a slider's that's on the appetizer, I'll get a side of fries.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I just did that. Yeah, that's a really good pick. Because there's a like a quesadilla would be another one. That's like, oh, you could order it as an appetizer or get it as a meal.
SPEAKER_00Right, right. That's my last pick.
SPEAKER_02Okay, my last pick. I'm so glad you didn't take this because we got them on our um appetizer sampler the other day. Mozzarella sticks. Yeah, that's Mod sticks or like cheese balls, like the we get hot pepper cheese balls. Like anything that's fried cheese, I'm for it. I love cheese.
SPEAKER_00I didn't take cheese at all. I have Mod Sticks as my number one.
SPEAKER_02I know.
SPEAKER_00I was like skipped through it.
SPEAKER_02I thought you were gonna say Mod Sticks. That's why I was like, oh, this is gonna impact my final choice. I'm so glad you didn't pick it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, Mod Sticks should have been my round one pick to be on.
SPEAKER_02I threw you off by picking the.
SPEAKER_00Now I have this scrolled up, it's up at the top and I can't see it. And I just was looking at my list. I wasn't thinking.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I was like, you were talking so much about mod sticks lately that I thought that was gonna be on your list.
SPEAKER_00It was good. Even Mods like triangles. Oh, yeah. Oh my goodness. Yeah. Fried cheese. Fried cheese, even cheese curds. Cheese curds could be on the list. The appetizer sampler at Sheets. There's a lot of picks in that. Yes. Mod Sticks is always one pick that I take from that. Um Mac and cheese bites. Mac and cheese bites. When I we went to Sheets before we filmed today, and I added mac and cheese bites to the list. I didn't even pick it. Jalapeno poppers.
SPEAKER_02Jalapeno poppers was on my list. I didn't say.
SPEAKER_00There are other that I had on this is a well, the meal ones that I put was winged sliders stuffed banana peppers. Oh, it was a good appetizer.
SPEAKER_02I also had, which a lot of people don't like this, but baked potato skins.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I'm not a big fan. I love that. It's not the same as fries.
SPEAKER_02But I like the uh sour cream and like I don't know what it is about it. I'm a baked potato gal sometimes.
SPEAKER_00I didn't uh pick it, but a bruchetta. Oh very good.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00It's not I think of an appetizer as something that you it's on the menu that you have to order. But if you're at an Italian restaurant and it's the breadbasket with the oil, that's a great appetizer, but it's not, you're not paying for it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's included in your bruchetta at the wedding I worked in, it was so good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I had egg rolls, but I'm talking like Chili's has a southwest egg roll. There's an egg roll place, egg rolls at the restaurant closest to our house that has buffalo chicken egg rolls. They'll have like Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, Ruben egg rolls, they just make it specialty egg rolls.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00That aren't just your classic egg roll. Those are always a hit.
SPEAKER_02Top tier.
SPEAKER_00Top tier. Also could be a meal.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_00Um, I didn't really have anything else. Mott sticks. I really am depressed that I didn't I can't believe you didn't pick it. I had guacin chips by itself, and I had queso and chips by itself. And there's probably a lot off the list that I'm missing. Like the standard, like there's a lot of I'm not an onion bloom.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like, I do not like this. You know me and onions. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02We are not friends.
SPEAKER_00People like them. Fried pickles. I don't really like them.
SPEAKER_02I love fried pickle. But I'm a pickle person.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I like pickles on a burger, and that's about it.
SPEAKER_02I also love a good nacho. Like, you know me, if I'm anywhere. That could be your app. But I did the queson chips. I also think of nachos as being something I could order as a meal.
SPEAKER_00So you would have got that. There are local places that I could have picked things that are there at the locations, but it wouldn't hit the same here. No. You get the empanadas at the local restaurant bias, but it's only from there that I like it. I wouldn't really get it anywhere else.
SPEAKER_02Which place has the stoner cheese dip? It's like one of the taco places. Barrio?
SPEAKER_00It barrio. I don't know if barrio is still a thing.
SPEAKER_02I think so.
SPEAKER_00It's not at Ross Park Mall anymore. Yeah. I don't know if it's still. That's like a really good appetizer. Anytime we would go visit home in Cleveland. It started in Cleveland, I believe. We would your sister took us there and had that for the first time. It's what cheese, bacon, and rice in it. Or you can make it however you want.
SPEAKER_02I think there's like taco meat and rice in like a queso.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It's really good. Really good.
SPEAKER_02That's me. I'm so hungry right now. Like I'm about to have to go to Taco Bell.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Whoa. No Taco Bell. We got an appetizer sampler. Yeah. From Sheets, which is better than Wawa. Don't let anyone fool you. I don't know. I really haven't gone to Wawa enough to like have an opinion, one or the other.
SPEAKER_02Last time I went to Wawa, we were at somebody's wedding. We got a coffee, pumpkin spice latte to go to drive home.
SPEAKER_00It's almost pumpkin spice season.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I love pumpkin spice season. Your mom loves pumpkin spice season.
SPEAKER_00And it keeps pushing up. I guarantee you you can get a pumpkin spice latte in like two weeks from Starbucks.
SPEAKER_02Mid-August, it's uh it's in there.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. That was whenever I made my way into coffee in my life when we moved to Orlando, and you're like, you gotta get a pumpkin spice latte. And I got it. And my there was life before pumpkin spice latte and life after.
SPEAKER_01Life after.
SPEAKER_00Like this, this is gonna be a big, big problem in my life. So good. I'm probably in terms of I don't want to say like I might be number one male enthusiast of pumpkin spice lattes. To the point that people at places that I have worked at, and even just like people that know me outside of a work setting know that I'm a pumpkin spice fiend. Know it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you need cheered up. I'm saying, hey, I'm stopping. I'm gonna get a pumpkin spice. PSL from Starbucks.
SPEAKER_00That like I'm not a Starbucks fan compared to like other places. I do think it's a little overpriced, but I will I will pay the price of pumpkin spice.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, their PSL is one of the best. I do like it.
SPEAKER_00So Steeler season, pumpkin spice season. Right around the corner. And that's why like Garrett, why are you so happy in the fall? Well, pumpkin spice and Steelers. As long as Steelers are doing good. Otherwise, I don't know what I'd do with myself. Who knows? So nonetheless, next week's guest, we have a guest for next week.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_00Excited to bring her on. She is within the pirates organization, organization.
SPEAKER_02And then we'll have lots of stories, I'm sure, because we'll be in wedding season first.
SPEAKER_00Also a graduate from Slippery Rock and also a bride, fall 2026 bride. Yeah. Get some insight of her background of what she does as a career, but talk about her planning journey for her wedding that's upcoming.
SPEAKER_02It will be good. And if you have any stories, send them in to info at weddingprocast.com and just label them story submission. You guys have been great so far. We get lots every week.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and we'll see you next week.
